Manatee River Multi Club Rendezvous
Oct 21 all-day

A second event for the month, which involves several Clubs sailing to the Manatee River for a weekend rendezvous.  This is a unique opportunity to meet the sailors from SPYC, The Haborage, and Tampa Sailing Squadron.  More details to come shortly.

Dock Social @ DIYC

SV Lunacy is hosting a Dock Social on B Dock.  Plan to bring an appetizer to share with the crew and  some libations to enjoy.  Afterwards, we will be moving up to Clubhouse for Friday night dinner.

Sail & Overnight to Fourth/Fantasy Island

Join the cruising fleet this Saturday (Jan 20th) for a sail to and overnight anchorage between Fourth Island and Fantasy Island. Plans are for a shore side dinner at 5 pm and bonfire so bring a dish to share and some firewood. 

Let’s plan to eat at 5, sunset is 5:50.

SaS-logoUS Sailing International Offshore Safety at Sea One Day Hands-On Course 

Program completion confers a 5 year certification to participate in offshore International Races or where a World Sailing (ISAF) certification is required, as well as preparing Long Distance Cruising Sailors, and any other sailor who wishes to be safer on the water and gain hands on practical experience.

Moderator: Chuck Hawley – the voice and face of Safety at Sea

Cost: $250 ($5 early registration discount for US sailing member and $25 early registration discount for FCYC members)

Lunch will be available at a separate cost. Limited to 100 participants
